Questions, answered

A few we get asked a lot.

Do you take equity or revenue-share deals?

Occasionally, for early-stage businesses where the work is going to be genuinely transformative. We're picky — it has to be an idea we'd happily back with our own money.

What's the minimum commitment for a retainer?

Growth retainers are quarter-by-quarter (three months minimum). Compound retainers run annually because brand and SEO compound over years, not weeks.

Will I be working with juniors?

No. The people you meet in the pitch are the people building your work. We don't hide juniors behind senior names.

Do you work with overseas clients?

We do — about a third of our work is for businesses headquartered outside the ACT, including overseas firms with Australian operations. Time zones we work in: Canberra, Sydney, London, San Francisco.

Why isn't there an enterprise tier?

Because enterprise tiers are usually just a salesperson asking 'what's your budget?'. Tell us the scope and we'll quote it honestly.
