What we were hired to fix.

Skylark was scaling a B2B payments product but their site read like a 2019 consumer fintech. Sales was sourcing 90% of pipeline themselves; the brand wasn't doing the work it should.

Approach

The work we did.

Rebuilt on Next.js with a content model tuned for the four buyer personas. Launched paid search and LinkedIn against the three highest-intent segments. Stood up a six-touch nurture sequence for everyone who hit pricing without converting.
